Quiet Courage

Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes Courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, “I will try again tomorrow”.

Meet Your Counselor

Nancie Ann Silva Dahl

Welcome—I’m Nancie Ann Silva Dahl, MA, LPC, CMHC, founder of Quiet Courage Counseling Services. I created this practice from a deep belief that each person deserves a place to feel safe, supported, and truly heard. Life can bring experiences that feel heavy, overwhelming, or isolating, and healing often begins in the presence of compassionate care and steady support.

I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and the emotional impact of chronic illness. My approach is warm, gentle, and trauma-informed, with great respect for each person’s story and the pace at which healing unfolds. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen without judgment and supported as they move toward greater understanding, resilience, and peace.

It is an honor to walk alongside people as they reconnect with their inner strength, discover hope, and find the quiet courage to heal.
